Siri to Work with Bank of America Debit Card on Day One
Siri, the Financial Whiz: Today sources close to Apple have revealed that Siri will work in concert with Apple Pay. This has been confirmed based on tests conducted on the iPhone 6 with iOS 8.0.2., which seems to have Apple Pay-related features built in. Based on tests conducted by Bank Innovation, if users tell Siri to "Open my Bank of America credit card," the Passbook app opens up.
Bank Innovation notes that it looks like Bank of America will be the only debit card that activates Passbook via Siri on day one. They further note that this is an unfinished product and so it’s difficult to determine if other cards will work with Siri over time.
