iPhone 6 Mania: Pre-Orders in Taiwan Sold out in 40 Minutes Flat
Earlier this morning we reported that TSMC, Apple's A8 processor supplier, placed new follow-up orders for iPhone 6 parts due to high demand. Now the news continues with DigiTimes reporting this morning that Chunghwa Telecom began online pre-ordering yesterday for Apple's iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and sold out 60,000 units available at the first batch in only 40 minutes. The 4G iPhone 6 Plus saw the largest pre-order volume, the paper added.
