A Few weeks back Brand Finance Global 500 put out their list of the world's 500 most valued brands and Apple was named number one again for the third year in a row. Today, Fortune published their list of the top 100 most admired companies in the world, with Apple landing on top for the seventh consecutive year.
You could find the other 90 companies that are listed on Fortune Magazine's top 100 companies for 2014 here. There you'll find Samsung in position number 21, Microsoft at number 24, Intel at 47 and tech companies like HP and Dell not even making the list.
Apple's position on Fortune Magazine's Most Admired Companies back in early 2007 was seventh. GE was the number one company that year. Then Apple introduced the iPhone later that year and they've been able to maintain their Most Admired Company status for seven consecutive years since 2008.
