Apple Celebrates Adoption Rate of new iOS 7 Being Historic
While there was one high-profile Apple fan that Wozn't happy about Apple's new iPhones, the fact is that Apple sold over 9 million iPhones over the weekend setting a new 3-day first-weekend sales record for the iPhone. On Friday we reported that 32% of iOS devices were now running iOS 7. Today, Apple has translated that into representing 200 million iOS devices, making it the fastest Software upgrade in history.
Once again analysts got it wrong by forecasting that iPhone sales in the first weekend would only range between 5 to 7.5 million units. Apple's sales record of 9 million has Apple's stock rising to over 3.5% at the opening bell on NASDAQ. To view more details of Apple's celebratory statement, click here.
In other news, Apple has set new rules for advertisements of its new iPhones. For instance, Apple's rules state that "advertisements on bus panels, taxis and aircraft are forbidden and posters bearing images of Apple are not allowed at bars, hotels, gyms or doctors' offices, while iPhone ads are allowed only on well-lit billboards, shopping malls and bus shelters."

iOS 7... Wish I had never installed it. My phone has been slower/delayed and freezes sometimes. To hell with Apple.

To fully explain why and how Apple presents its brand image is too much to put down here.
So i will keep it short and make use of a analogy. Just as there are A, B and C locations for say stores, there better and worse locations for ads.
Some will therefore cause wrong impressions even if they are ever so subtle.

Sorry, the last paragraph had a bad link which has now been corrected. The link will lead to the originating report which will confirm and expand upon this point of restricting advertising.
