Ha! I agree John.

I laugh myself when Apple-legal mixes their own trademark descriptions in with "Boiler plate" trademark classification lingo. Maybe their reasoning is logical, but it sure looks silly at times. Really? Heated socks?

"sunglasses; animated cartoons; egg-candlers; dog whistles; decorative magnets; electrified fences; electrically heated socks."
