It's being reported today in Taiwan that Largan Precision, Apple's supplier of iPhone 5 camera lenses, has experienced a recent sales spike setting a record for the company. Industry observers stated that "the increase in consolidated revenues were mainly due to booming shipments of 8-megapixel and HD lens modules used in the rear and front cameras, respectively for the iPhone 5. Whether Largan Precision's news will directly translate into record iPhone 5 sales for Apple is unknown at this time.
