The iSight comes at a crucial moment. I was wondering why there was no word on it when several other trademarks have been recently granted. And it's kind of funny that a general terminology like Touch Instruments gets trademarked. I mean, it's not like “Texas Instruments.” Now Samsung will have to be careful when it uses touch instruments in internal whitepapers (kidding!).
